AustroCel Hallein honored as an “Outstanding Salzburg Training Company”

AustroCel Hallein has been awarded the title of “Outstanding Salzburg Training Company” for its outstanding commitment to training young talent - a further step towards sustainability.

The award ceremony took place on March 20, 2025 at the Salzburg Residence. Our HR Manager, Kirstin Schücke, and our Apprenticeship Officer, Josef Brunauer, accepted the award from Deputy Governor Stefan Schnöll and Chamber of Commerce-President Peter Buchmüller. “We are delighted to receive this award for our commitment to training young talent. It is a great success for the entire team, which contributes to the development of our apprentices on a daily basis,” emphasized Kirstin Schücke, Head of Human Resources at AustroCel Hallein.

Another highlight of the evening was the announcement of the “Apprentices of the Year 2025”. Twelve dedicated young talents were up for election as Apprentice of the Month from January to December. We are excited to see who will also be nominated for this award in the coming years!

The “Excellent Salzburg Apprenticeship Company” seal of approval is awarded by the state of Salzburg and the Chamber of Commerce and recognizes companies that are particularly committed to training young skilled workers.
